Stage 1


Conscious Leadership

We will make an in depth journey to identify who you are and work towards who you want to become to achieve your goals and fulfillment. Under this stage we will work with you becoming aware of your limiting beliefs and your empowering beliefs, your true purpose in this life and self awareness of the  most productive behaviors, your needs using the Birkman method. In this last piece you will become aware of the most productive behaviors and needs of your team so everyone can unleash their full potential. 

Stage 2


Conscious Analysis

In this stage you will get a deep understanding of who you are surrounded with, who is virtuous and who is holding you back, as well as a deep individual analysis of your leaders and key people so you can accelerate your adoption rates, and adapt to change more rapidly. Further you will unleash the transformative power of influential leadership at every level of your organization by understanding the internal network of your organization. We’ll identify the central people that will inspire and influence others to change.

Stage 3


Conscious Intentional Communication 

Communication is the heartbeat of successful change. My L.E.A.P 3-Stage Transformational framework emphasizes the art of clarity, ensuring who, when and what needs to be communicated at the right time and with the right tone and manner. This last piece is fueled by the Birkman method so the message can be given in a way that it is completely receptive.  We’ll create a cohesive narrative that accelerates adoption rates and increases the credibility of the change initiative.

I’m Maya, and after working 25 years at top level management for Blue Chip companies structuring the non structured at local, regional and global level, I left because of a difficult boss and became part of the 70% statistic of people leaving their jobs in general.


This is highlighted when change happens as fears and ego flourish contributing  to a toxic environment which then impacts people's homes.  Once I left the corporate world I suddenly became a consultant, battling with imposter syndrome and isolation playing and acting very small. It was not until my coach urged me to become a Birkman Coach when I discovered my true passion and mission in this world. I'm here to unleash every human's potential and vanish toxic workplace environments while thriving and not surviving through change. 

ABOUT ME

90% of the human condition resists change and only  30% of all change initiatives are successfully implemented in a timely manner.


Change = Uncertainties and we as humans need and want certainty because its our number one or two most relevant basic need after drinking, eating, having a shelter. Then comes security, and security = certainty that is why 90% of the human condition resists change and only  30% of all change


Time is really important as change is the only constant that we experience in our lives, it is absolutely necessary that we adopt and adapt to change rapidly so we can embrace the next phase in our organization to continue playing the game in the field of the industry we are part of and staying at the forefront of it.


With this in mind and looking back at the changes I had faced during my 25 years of corporate, plus all the self development and preparation I did, I came to the conclusion that the key to success to embrace organizational transformation thriving and not surviving is
creating a certain environment at the workplace. Reclaiming certainty is essential so leaders can thrive through change with their teams successfully, courageously and in a timely manner.
